Wing armor slots

There are 13 armor slots in Unwritten Legends. Wearing a full set of plate armor would require 702 skill points with a neutral strength bonus.

Nymphs and brambles have 2 wing slots, for a total of 15! However, I'm not sure exactly how the math on them works. Wings inherit the armor value from the back slot, but I don't know if this means additional skill points are required. Munin, how did you determine that 702 number?
