We do not collect personally identifiable information such as full name, physical address, or phone number.

The limited data we collect is used for:

- Player accounts are not deleted, but they may be locked at our discretion (e.g., banned accounts or inactive accounts for long periods).
- IP logs and login records are periodically purged to maintain security best practices.
- Public content posted on the forum or wiki is the responsibility of the user and will remain visible unless manually removed.
4. Forum, Wiki, Discord & Subreddit
In addition to the game itself, we provide community spaces:
- Forum & Wiki: Forum accounts are linked to the game, and they follow the same privacy rules. Players are responsible for managing their own public posts.
- Discord: Discord is a third-party service. We do not control how it collects or uses data. Players should review Discord’s privacy policies for personal information shared there.
- Subreddit (r/UnwrittenLegends): The subreddit is hosted on Reddit, which is a third-party platform. We do not control how Reddit collects or processes data, and users should refer to Reddit’s privacy policies when engaging there.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We do not use cookies or third-party tracking tools on our game server. Our forum or website may use basic cookies for login sessions, but we do not track players across external sites.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect stored data, but no system is entirely secure. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
7. Player Rights & Data Requests
- Access & Corrections – You can request a copy of your stored email and IP logs.
- Account Locking – While we do not delete accounts, you may request your account to be locked if you no longer wish to play.
