Forum character posting is now available

You can now post on the forums as your characters instead of only posting from your main account. To turn this on, visit the account management page and enable forum character sync. When enabled, your current unlocked characters can be synced to the forum, and newly unlocked characters will be synced automatically going forward.

A few notes:

• Only unlocked characters are eligible to post on the forums.
• Blank, locked, and retired characters will not be available as forum posting identities.
• If your account name matches one of your character names, that character will continue using your main forum account unless you later rename the account.
• Password changes and resets should now stay in sync across the game, account system, and forums.
• The old in-game password and updateforumaccount commands are being retired in favor of the account management site. *
• We also now block new name collisions between account names and other players’ character names, and between character names and other players’ account names, to prevent forum identity conflicts. *
