New subforum: OOC Discussion of IC Posts

Just like we had back in the Before Times, there is now a subforum for OOC discussion that lives alongside the IC subforums. If you've been bursting to speak up about someone's IC post and holding back for want of somewhere to do so, you can let it rip now.
For clarity and consistency, I suggest that if you're talking about the thread "Bob's Journal", you create an OOC thread called "OOC: Bob's Journal" (for screen readers, that's O O C colon space and then the IC thread name). Including a link back to the IC thread in your first post will also be helpful for other users. But these are just suggestions. Do what you want!
