Players may now list their registered items at a registrar's office using 'registry', 'registered', or 'registrations':

Dark and dismal, the small office is lit by only one torch that has been set in a iron cresset, which hangs over a small desk
and chair. Devoid of all decoration, a green and blue runner adorned with a leafy design that leads to the carved door is
the only color in the drab chamber. Also here is Salidan (sitting on a wooden chair).
Cardinal Exits: None.
Other Exits: a carved mahogany door (open).
