Upon the next reboot, players talking on the [gamehelp] channel will have their messages broadcast to a channel on the Discord server. This will enable offline players to know when online players need help, and they can log in to assist!
Also added a minor fix for Effortlevel, where upon levelup, a player running at max capability would be a level behind and have to manually fix it.
