02/05/2026 Patch Notes - Thieves' Cant Beta and minor fix

- Added Thieves' Cant as a beta language and special cases for its use.
- It is NOT a traditional language and cannot by learned by listening/speaking/teaching.
- Made some minor fixes to who for staff on the backend - won't be visible to players.
