01/24/2026 Patch Notes - Armor RT and Fishing up Mobs

- Armor RT: Updated armor so that RT from wearing/removing it is negated if you have trained off the armor penalty. If you appraise armor and it says it would impede you, you'll receive the RT penalty, but if you've trained it off, it'll be instant. This may change to a less hard-gated formula in future mechanics revisions.
- Fishing up Mobs: Fishing should no longer produce mobs to assist "pacifist" characters or others who don't have the time/energy/whatever to commit to a hunting trip. Be aware that if we witness abuse in the form of long-term afk scripting of fishing, this will be revisited.
