10/02/2025 Patch Notes - Ghosts, Lanakin and Strength Penalty

Now live:
- Made ghosts rescaling mobs instead of just scaling mobs.
- Reapplied Lanakin to the list of materials that can hit noncorporeal entities as it is a silver alloy.
- Fixed a long-standing issue with strength penalties that would adversely impact offense/defense even without armor on.
